Wisa(ウィーサ)は、リテラシー教育の開発・普及を国際的に行っている大阪府のNPO法人です
Wisa is Non-Profit Organization, which develops and promotes literacy education in Japan and Laos.
Digital Youth Work
デジタルユースワーク（DYW)とは、デジタルメディアやテクノロジーを積極的に活用するユースワーク（若者支援）です。Wisaは不登校の子ども達に有益なセルフケア(自己分析&自己管理)、ボランティア活動、自立に向けた職能開発まで網羅したオンラインの支援を展開しています。日本で初めて2009年にDYWを実践し、テレワーク推進賞（2012年）を授賞、その後さらにテレワーク先駆者百選（2016年）に選出されるなどの高い評価を得てきました。
Digital Youth Work (DYW) is a youth work which utilizes digital technology. Especially, Wisa has intensified supports for independent students through provision of literacy education, participation to volunteers, also financial independece. Our initiative was awarded by the Japanese government in 2012 and 2016 as a pionieering DYW.
Literacy Education
人間は「ことば」を通じて自分の感情や考えを伝えたり、感情を揺さぶられたり新しい考え方と出会ったりすることができます。Wisaは「自己分析」「調査研究」「職業的自立」の３つのリテラシー教育を開発し普及しています。
OUR PROJECT
We are supporting youth with literacy education and forming parents support group to support an independence of youth
We are creating Job opportunities and literacy education for ethnic minorities in Lao PDR, through fostering researchership.
We are providing IT education and vocational training for youth, and promote DX (digitalization) of the society.
