NPO法人Wisaは日本で初めてインターネットを活用した若者支援（デジタル・ユースワーク）に取り組み2012年「テレワーク推進賞」(日本テレワーク協会)を授賞、2016年には総務省より「テレワーク先駆者百選」に選出されました。それまで「支援をされる側」とだけ考えられてきた不登校・ひきこもり状態の若者が、リモートでウェブ・システム制作に従事して逆に社会を「支援する側」に回る仕組みを実現。その後、外国人を対象とした日本語教育システムを開発し、新しい形の多文化共生・社会福祉を提案し続けています。

NPO Wisa has been pioneering digital youth work in Japan, since 2012 received the Telework Promotion Award (Japan Telework Association), and in 2016 “Top 100 Telework Pioneers” by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. Before Wisa impacted the society, young people who had dropped out of school and society had only been considered to be “cured” and “supported”, but now they have realized a system where they can work remotely on web and system development and become contributers to society. The Japanese language support system which Wisa produced has been supporting foreigners living in Japan and Laos.
